BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time! Scheduled 10K maintenance service at the wrong Mercedes service center but the staff at the Grapevine location was able to honor the appointment and completed the service. I reached out to the dealership through auto trader and was quickly responded to by Dyan Hiner. She was fast to respond and beyond transparent about imperfections on the used car I ended up purchasing. During my personal interaction, Dyan was welcoming and low pressure. Beaux was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him for any new customers. Beaux is very professional, knowledgeable and was responsive on following up with any questions we had. We had a bit of an issue on obtaining our at home charger, but Beaux was on top of it to ensure we received it and followed through.
