This is my 10th new car purchase over the last 30 years and is by far the most pleasant buying experience I've had. I can't say enough good things about our Sales Manager, Mr. Basel Abbas. I'm very demanding when buying a new car and Basel answered every question and took an inordinate amount of time explaining the features to my wife and I. From initial contact to driving off of the lot Basel was a consummate professional. Zero sales pressure! I will be back in the next 3 to 5 years for my next Mercedes purchase.
