It was a great experience today at Grapevine Mercedes. Service was right on point. I thought I would have to leave the car for what seemed to me to be a difficult issue but in no time, the technician and the service adviser, worked to get my car in and fixed in no time. My Mercedes has been pretty trouble free and this turned out to be just a software glitch. But when I have routine service, it is always the best ever

Great experience yesterday with David Canales at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine. In and out in less than 1 1/2 hours paperwork done.. efficient.
