Easy going Came in knew exactly what i wanted as i did at one other dealer however they were not as professional and respectful as my salesman Brandon. He knew what hewas talk about when it came to the VW product and we didnt need to do the back and fourth when it came to payments, smooth all around...first tike for everything. I felt cared for in a very welcoming and organized place. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. John especially worked extremely hard to ensure that everything was moving as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was wonderfully sweet and never pushy. He was only there to help you. Overall the entire staff was superb in work ethic and customer service.

Great service from start to finish! Initially this was the start of our search for a vehicle. We visited all of the dealerships in Northampton. Once getting to Volkswagen we liked what we saw.
