I felt cared for in a very welcoming and organized place. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. John especially worked extremely hard to ensure that everything was moving as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was wonderfully sweet and never pushy. He was only there to help you. Overall the entire staff was superb in work ethic and customer service.

Quality Customer Service I drove onto the Northampton Volkswagen lot after being largely ignored while looking at vehicles at another local dealership. Great service from start to finish! Initially this was the start of our search for a vehicle. We visited all of the dealerships in Northampton. Once getting to Volkswagen we liked what we saw. With no intention to buy that day things change quickly. John’s service and follow up was excellent! We bought a brand new Volkswagen Tiquan! Happy customers !

Simple buying These folks did wonderful from start to finish, the sales person, Brandon, was very respectful and knowledable. The vehicle was in near perfect condition, with the lowest price around. We are excited with our new Jetta and will certainly be back here for our son's car.

My new TDI Brandon greeting me when I walked in I love TDI’s but was unsure about the new ones because of the scam Brandon reassured me about how the TDI’s how the have better gas mileage and the power didn’t go away and he was right! I average 42 miles per gallon thank you Brandon I will be referring my friends to Brandon at Northampton Volkswagen
