Loved my truck. Great service all around I had a very positive experience at the Volkswagen dealership. John was very easy to work with and helped me get the best deal possible. Great vehicles great purchasing experience! John made our purchasing experience enjoyable! Any questions, phone calls, and emails to John were always answered promptly. Friendly Service Have to say when the employees greets you with a smile and take their time with you and explains everything...that’s the kind of service I want. So many places want to rush you out, but Cassie just took her time and went over things and was so nice and had a great smile. We need more folks like her!!

Outstanding experience! I had pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. The process was nothing short of wonderful! Rachel and Melanie rocked! Overall, we were happy with our experience with VW Northampton.
