2014 Audi S4 Purchase After finding this car online, I wanted to look at it that day but live in NH over 2 hours away. New 2017 Jetta Straight forward process of test drive, negotiate price, paperwork and then car pickup. Not too much waiting except I was surprised the last step in the process was vehicle inspection. I would have liked to have understood that last step would take a little while. I never felt pressured by Jim Pirro. He was responsive and helpful. I would recommend him to my friends. I did feel pressured by the sales manager to buy a service package. Melanie was very clear and patient in explaining the car's features.
