Great dealership with super helpful employees. I just leased a car from them and my whole experience was amazing. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, especially Jason. He not only knew a lot about cars but he also helped me get a really good deal on the car I wanted, while being the most personable car salesman I've ever talked to. New 2017 Jetta Straight forward process of test drive, negotiate price, paperwork and then car pickup. Not too much waiting except I was surprised the last step in the process was vehicle inspection. I would have liked to have understood that last step would take a little while. I never felt pressured by Jim Pirro. He was responsive and helpful. I would recommend him to my friends. I did feel pressured by the sales manager to buy a service package. Melanie was very clear and patient in explaining the car's features.
