It was a pleasant experience Amber was great she was not pushy like have dealt with at other dealers. she showed me the car i wanted to see , did not try to push a vehicle over my price range.

great experience My wife and I found a Subaru Forester on line that was at Northampton VW. I called and spoke to a salesperson to confirm that it was still there and when we told them that we couldn't make it until the next day they assured us that if it became unavailable they would let us know to save us a trip. Melanie is a super star! I recently participated in a buyback of my 2014 Jetta TDI and a purchase of a new 2017 Golf. It was a positive experience with some snags along the way. Jamie was great! Jamie was awesome! She was very helpful in our leasing of the 2017 VW Jetta. She is a very valuable employee. Greg was also very informative in the process. After we informed her we wanted to lease the car it did take two hours to process the paperwork. She kept apologizing for the wait. This was beyond her control. This was not acceptable in my book.
