Outstanding car buying experience! Living almost 2 hours away I was concerned with having to make several trips back and forth the dealership during the entire process. After meeting Amber all those concerns went away, she was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was looking at, the Gulf AllTrack. Super experience! Came from Worcester to look at at used Passat with a great price. Jason LeClair greeted me and got me even a better price on a Jetta that is certified. Very Happy! They even delivered the car to my doorstep with plates and inspection done!

A-1 Service Called on Sunday regarding the 2017 Jetta SEL I wanted to purchase. Spoke with Jamie. She was helpful and polite and scheduled an appointment for next morning. She and the other staff who helped were all incredibly professional and friendly. Jamie truly went the extra mile, even ensuring I had lunch since I was waiting during that time-frame for approval. I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the service. I highly recommend Jamie and Northampton VW!
