Phil from the service department desk went above and beyond a typical response in order to answer a question I had regarding my car. He was not only helpful, but when he didn't know something directly, he went in search of a person who did know, always with kindness and even humor. He made my service visit a real joy. Wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the price was not negotiable. We did end up getting the 2013 Yellow Corvette from the show room floor. Enjoyed the ride home. Sure do get a lot of looks when we drive by. People can't believe at our age we bought a car like this.. Thanks again for the fun ride!!

I went in for an oil change and checkup. They found a number of things wrong and gave me a free loaner car because the repairs were estimated to take 3-4 hours. I was happy that the found the items that needed attention in my 15 year old Malibu.
