We have never bought anything this important on line. It worked out very well and the car was transported and delivered as we discussed. Used car manager Cliff Weber was outstanding to deal with and was extremely helpful. Along with Jeff Shinhearl, we did the deal and got it delivered to Northern Michigan without delay.

Everything in looking over and actually purchasing the vehicle was very professionally done and the process was flawless and expedited. Alea and Andrew were fantastic, great service, I bought my 2009 Equinox, which I loved, from Pat O'Brien's and was pleased with the service then, and got the same great service under new ownership. I would like to say I love my 2018 Equinox,but the more I drive it the less I like it, love the color but not much else. But I guess we are in the age of the every shirking SUV's.

I went in for an oil change just to see what has changed since the name changed from Pat OBien to Serpentini and some things have changed like the oil change prices. Good price for a full synthetic oil change. Thank You!
