Excellent service from the sales and finance staff. They were fast and efficient. Detailing/delivery of vehicle could use some improvement. When buying a brand new truck, I would expect it to be in showroom condition, but it was not.

I needed to have an e check done on my impala and found on line that the former O:Brien Cbevy, now Serpentini could do it. It was a pleasant surprise. I asked if I should do an oil change because my car has been siting in my garage for the months of Covid isolation and learned that I could have one on the spot, so I waited for about 40 minutes. My first time at your dealership wasn’t great.Spent 4 hours there and got nothing done.With all that being said Randy(my salesman) was relentless and got my deal done.I would recommend any of my family or friends in dealing with him.He was up front and made it all work out eventually.I have my Chevy Silverado and it’s the best vehicle I have ever driven.
