Always a good experience. Last Saturday - got me inside a few minutes early. Serviced car. No ups or extra's pushed on me. Service desk person (new guy?) was very competent and pleasant.

Comfy customer lounge, pleasant atmosphere and friendly people. The wait was supposed to be 1 hour but was almost 2 hours for an oil change. They were busy, so it's understandable. They washed my truck. Overall a good experience.
