Service was excellent, everyone was super nice. They took their time with me while I was making a decision. They treated me with respect and knew a lot of information about the cars. And I respect all there opinions and recommendations while I was making a decision on my car

The service as far as the car was great from check in to check out except maybe poor car wash. While in waiting room a tall grey haired guy that worked in showroom tainted my whole experience. Blew his nose nastily at coffee center then proceeded to make pot of coffee for. everyone without washing or even sanitizing his hands or using gloves that were right there. Hard to think of Serpentini without remembering that.
