Needed a Passenger Head Light On Friday night I discovered the head light was out on the passenger's side. I needed to get to Akron, Ohio by 10:30 a.m. the next day [Saturday]. So Carlee got me in right away and was even able to provide discount in the process.

Early Annual Service Visit Having received an email alert that my oil was low, I called to inquire how far I could drive before bringing the car in. Brendan's (spelling?) answer caused me to schedule a few days later to bring in the car 2 months earlier than normal. My appointment also was with him.
