Fantastic Everything went smooth and was very professional. We are only sad that we are still not able to get the second key fob that should of came with the car. We were told because they gave us money off the car we could not get that second one with out purchasing it ourselves..UNACCEPTABLE... We were told that both our sales person and internet person would call us back and follow up but we have not heard back from them as of today in regards to key fob

I have had an issue with my Equinox for almost a year. There has been this scraping noise front passenger side, every time I've taken it in no one has heard this noise. Well yesterday the noise was back only louder, I thought the front was going to break or something. Receive excellent service for my car was informative on car repair Adjusted to new car service was smooth and efficient Xs thank you for service on my vehicle
it was fine, service was quick even though it was crowded. They gave me an appointment even though I called kind of last minute. I only wanted a oil change before taking a 2 and 1/2 hour trip with the car. They said no problem and fit me right in, I really appreciated that courtesy.

Standard service (oil change) on 2013 Malibu LTZ When I called for appointment, specialist knew my vehicles, and did not ask a lot of extraneous questions. Made the call efficient for both sides in the call. I was greeted by name and promptly. All service work was performed to expectations. Porter was available to take me to work nearby (very important). I received text updates under guidelines in my profile, and my advisor called the cell on file and let me know the car was ready with no 'surprises' found.
It is still a great place to purchase or buy a truck or car. You should have a grand opening with pizza and calama, and a good red wine.
problem with voice phone was not fixed. I bought the car one week before taking it in because myself, my daughter who owns a Traverse Redline, and another woman from the dealership could not get the phone activation phone to work with 3 different phones. I took it in to get it fixed and was sent home without it being fixed. I will now take it to Classic Chevy since this is warranty work and they are 1.7 miles from my house.
