Almost painless Always a quick oil change/tire rotation, always an accurate estimation of the time it will take. They efficiently diagnose problems, and you have an estimate and appointment time before you leave.
Routine service I brought my Chevy in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Sadly they had found a nail in my brand new tire purchased this past spring. It was unpatchable and so I had to get a new tire at full price. that was my only disappointment- they did not offer any discount or loyalty amount. Otherwise the service and staff were great!
Honest service I lease my car from Pat O’Brien and always take it there for service. They strike me as honest and friendly, never pressuring me to have extra unnecessary work done.
