I bought a VW Alltrack off their lot as a used car. The service was excellent, and Jamie did a great job. Anthony was also excellent to work with while ironing out the final paperwork. Pricing was decent to begin with, but they were able to give me a good offer on my trade in which made their pricing far more competitive. Overall, I’m happy with the service received.
We have been a customer of Pioneer Volvo for 36 years, during which time we have purchased and/or leased seven or eight vehicles and had them all serviced. I guess that makes us satisfied customers. The new owners of the dealership do things a bit differently but we are getting used to it and have no significant complaints.
