I bought a CPO Volvo S60 T6 R-Design this past week from Jamie Fenton. What a stress free, wonderful experience dealing with Volvo Cars of Pioneer Valley. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience buying a car. From Jamie Fenton in Sales to Anthony Gonci in The finance department. No pressure, honest, knowledgeable, and fair. I bought a VW Alltrack off their lot as a used car. The service was excellent, and Jamie did a great job. Anthony was also excellent to work with while ironing out the final paperwork. Pricing was decent to begin with, but they were able to give me a good offer on my trade in which made their pricing far more competitive. Overall, I’m happy with the service received.

We have been a customer of Pioneer Volvo for 36 years, during which time we have purchased and/or leased seven or eight vehicles and had them all serviced. I guess that makes us satisfied customers. The new owners of the dealership do things a bit differently but we are getting used to it and have no significant complaints. Recently we purchased a 2021 XC60 and are now getting used to all the electronics. They listen to what you want, and tried to find what you wanted without trying to sell you into something else. My dealer also went out of his way to get our financing and registration to go through, he constantly called for registration in a different state.
