Purchase of New Volvo XC 40 I contacted this out-of-state dealership after I had a frustrating experience with the local dealer in upstate NY (Capital Volvo) whom I had purchased my last three Volvo cars from. I initially spoke with Lyndsey Ravenna at Pioneer Hills and she was friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and , sweet. I purchased the car very quickly at a price I felt comfortable with and the paperwork and financing was quick and easy. No pressure. Great rural dealer. Every staff person at the dealership was great to deal with. They were patient, and answered all of my questions. Jamie let me test drive 2 cars without 'qualifying' how serious I was about buying. This is an important part of the shopping experience and is why I bought my car from this dealer. Also, as a woman shopping alone, I felt like I was treated with respect. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Thanks to Jamie, Kendrick and Lyndsey for a great experience.
