Purchase of New Volvo XC 40 I contacted this out-of-state dealership after I had a frustrating experience with the local dealer in upstate NY (Capital Volvo) whom I had purchased my last three Volvo cars from. No pressure. Great rural dealer. Every staff person at the dealership was great to deal with. They were patient, and answered all of my questions. Jamie let me test drive 2 cars without 'qualifying' how serious I was about buying. This is an important part of the shopping experience and is why I bought my car from this dealer. Also, as a woman shopping alone, I felt like I was treated with respect. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Thanks to Jamie, Kendrick and Lyndsey for a great experience.
We recently bought a Volvo XC90 in mid March. Initially our experience was a good one. Our salesman was very nice and they gave us a fair trade on a Volvo xc40 that had an extended warranty still on it. We were misled into believing that we would lose the value still left on the warranty unless we rolled it into another warranty on the new car.
