A person hit me and her insurance totaled my car. Avondale was very transparent from the start. I took my car in and AJ knew it cost too much to get fixed so he gave me a heads up . Sure enough, her insurance totaled my car bc it cost too much to fix. This is located inside the Mercedes dealership of grapevine so fyi, rates will be higher

Scraped my left rear side and bumper of my car on a brick wall beside my garage. After calling AAA Ins. I called Raul at Park Place Bodywerks. He said to bring my claim# and my car and he would take care of the rest. He arranged for the AAA adjuster to see the car and also contacted him when there was an additional expense because of under carriage damage. My favorite part of Raul's service was keeping me informed with regular updates. Now my car is beautiful again. Thanks, Raul!

I went in for a estimate and met Kevin Baucom who was very friendly. Some of the people who work there didn't speak back, I understand everyone has a job to do however customer service is so important.

No if, ands or buts if you want your auto body repair to be done right then bring it to Doug Barnes. If you don't expect the absolute best quality than you can take it somewhere else.. Sadly two accidents within two years. Since my body was restored with the first hit why would I take a chance somewhere else?

So happy with the pristine job they did on the rear bumper and side door damage of my car. It could be a bit frustrating trying to get a target completion date, but well worth the wait.

Doug Barnes is the epitome of excellence, professionalism and a true believer of always taking care of his customers, no matter the costs. The level of service I have received from him throughout the years is truly outstanding. Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer though his time it was a raccoon's fault. To further stress the level of service I received recently, Doug took unpaid time out of his weekend, picked me up from DFW Airport and brought me to BodyWerks to get a rental vehicle that was unfortunately stuck there. I've had vehicles repaired at Park Place Bodywerks in Grapevine a few times for different issues, from minor to major. Always a great place to do business. The body work has been fantastic, the service even better. Greg Cinicolo has been my contact there each time. He kept me completely informed of the status of the vehicle and insurance. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

My Lexus was involved in a hit and run. I took it to my GEICO agent for charges to be assessed and they quoted $1500. They quoted with after market parts. I wanted to ensure my car would be repaired back to its original state. I decided to take my chances and find a collision center that was certified in Lexus.
