Horrible wait time on my car, since my Lexus to get bumper repair done, took over three weeks to get completed! Dropped my car off on the eighth, it is now the 30th and no reply as to when my car will be finished! Every time I call I get no return call until the next day! This is not the level of service I would expect out of Park Place, I'm hoping it's just a Mercedes dealership- very disappointed in this establishment, will never use them ever again, would rather take to small shop not used to dealing with luxury cars vers... read more

Been working with Greg C for a couple of months now. Upon receiving the estimate from insurance I received a very unprofessional response and was asked to wait two weeks before bringing the vehicle in. When I finally brought the vehicle in Greg left for lunch without getting the vehicle in and without setting up a rental even though I told him when we were going to be there. I took my 2010 Lexus RX 350 to Bodywerks back in October 2014. The damage to my car was debris from the freeway that hit my car. I dropped my car off Oct 8, 2014 and did not get it back until Oct 31, 2014. Luckily for me, this is the first time I have had to deal with body repairs to my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My service advisor, Raul Romero, was unresponsive and incompetent. The first estimate was approximately $13,000. The final bill came in over $22,000. They had the car almost three months. Given that much time you would think the car would be fixed correctly. I picked the car up twice and returned it twice for more repairs. Brought my Lexus in to repair fender bender damage. Trip Roberts was my agent. I had a issue with insurance, so the repair got delayed. However, their speed of work, communication, and the cost is totally unacceptable. Speed : taking almost up to 2 weeks for miner damage. Communication : Trip Roberts never picks up the phone or reply to phone call, I need to either go myself or send email. Didn't send an update of what he told he will. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! These people took for ever to finish my car's body work. They went 2 weeks past what the insurance company covered, and cost me $350 in auto rentals and I didn't have my car for a month. The work on my side panel was good, but my door was not painted well. There were all kinds of bumps on it. The salesman kept promising to talk to my insurance company to extend my rental, but in the end Park Place got their money, the car rental got their money, I was the only one who was screwed.
