Lisa Spoon is the best. Recently, Park Place Bodywerks Grapevine fixed my wife's Lexus. The insurance company of the person that ran into my wife's car was less than cooperative during this process. Lisa was tremendous. She acted as our advocate and worked extremely hard on our behalf when dealing with this insurance company. Greg C. was a tremendous help. After being rear-ended by an uninsured motorist in my 2-day old car :( they were able to get me in right away -- I had already seen my insurance adjuster so we were able to get the vehicle in same day and he assisted with getting me set up with Enterprise onsite same day as well. Some supplemental work needed to be done, which added a few days, overall there was a lengthy wait, but it was worth the wait to have a job well done. In regards to wait time, my Lease was up on my Infinity G37 today and in the nick of time they got my car ready for the Final Lease inspection this morning by Infinity. I was stressed out about how long it took and worried I would not have time to get my car ready to turn in. Lisa Spoon stayed late last night and actually helped me clean my white leather seats I had soiled with spray tan! My experience here was average. Took in my 2015 Benz for PDR Hail damage. There is a guy and a girl that works the lobby desk. The girl seems to know her stuff. The guy must be new as he didn't seem to. Of course, I got the guy. He was nice but just a bit clueless. I was OK with the length of time they had my car for repairs. When I received a text that the car was ready, I had someone drop me off to pick it up. They did not offer to let me see the car before I paid. Looks like all the negative comments on here are based on wait time. Let me tell you, if you want a good job done you cannot expect to get your car back in one week. My first visit here was for my wife's Lexus IS250 that got a minor hit on the rear bumper. Nothing major, it just needed paint work mostly and some repair inside the bumper. Took them about 3 weeks but got the car looking brand new. Even got courtesy touch up and buffing done around the car. We were involved in an accident that was not our fault. The insurance company for the liable party was not cooperative and slow to pay up. Greg C was our Park Place Bodywerk adviser. He stayed in constant touch with us and was a strong advocate for us through many weeks of deliberations. We strongly recommend Greg and PP Bodywerks!!! The repaired car looked great and all personnel were most helpful!

I was in a fender-bender that involved a truck backing into my car. We were literally going less than 5mph when this happened. Somehow this wrecked 1/4 of my car, according to Park Place Bodywerks. Greg was my agent there. First of all, my Geico assessor told me that this place takes it's sweet time. I chose them anyways. I wish I had traveled to Dallas or somewhere farther to possibly get my car quicker. I was without a car for over a month...33 days. I had to use a body shop after the crazy hail damage that happened at my work near the airport in April of 2012.
