Fast and honest service I called with a simple problem. I had found a nail in my tire. I called to see if they could take a look at the tire to see if it could be repaired or if it needed replacing. I got in rather quick and as soon as I arrived they looked at the tire and told me that it was not something that should be patched or plugged as it was just on the edge of the tread and sidewall. Very easy process My car buying experience was so easy. I came in to discuss my options and in a short period of time, I was driving home with a new car. Dan made the process easy. I left with my registration, sticker and most importantly a new car in a matter of hours.

Prompt service. Always feel welcome I have three cars that i have serviced at HC Honda of Westborough so i am there often. I am always greeted by name and helped promptly. Any unexpected service issues are thoroughly explained. Randy Robinson and Matt Gonyea always do a great job.

Preparations for Winter Home Trip Excellent job, Randy, as is his character, did a great job on my behalf. My wife and I will be traveling to our Winter home in Alabama and staying for the next 5 months. I come in for a sticker since my current sticker requires a January inspection and a comprehensive safety check of my Honda Pilot since I will be driving about 5,000 miles over the 5 month period.
