Clear communication during the repair process on a number of different issues. Dropped car off previous night, received early morning call to discuss items & revisited issues during the morning. Car was ready by early afternoon. Kept promise on quoted parts. A+ communication & execution.

Professional and Genuine I have been researching vehicles for months and found one I liked at Honda of Westborough. Then I met David. He was professional, knowledgeable and had genuine personality. Love Norm's no xx approach. We're a Honda family, we have four, all purchased at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Norm's helped us with all four. We love his straightforward approach, treating us like functioning adults and not sales targets. He always explains trends, the differences between models, features, etc.. Takes time to walk us through all the bells and whistles (so many!) on each vehicle.

Absolutely awesome experience in every way! I bough a Passport with the help of Manny my salesman. He made the process extremely smooth with no glitches whatsoever. He went above and beyond to be informative, helpful and supportive. He sold me a fabulous car and delivered it to my work. He explained all of the functions in detail. Aside from being totally competent, he is a nice guy. Funny too!!! Would highly recommend him, the dealership and the car!
