Love Norm's no xx approach. We're a Honda family, we have four, all purchased at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Norm's helped us with all four. We love his straightforward approach, treating us like functioning adults and not sales targets. He always explains trends, the differences between models, features, etc.. Absolutely awesome experience in every way! I bough a Passport with the help of Manny my salesman. He made the process extremely smooth with no glitches whatsoever. He went above and beyond to be informative, helpful and supportive. He sold me a fabulous car and delivered it to my work. He explained all of the functions in detail. Aside from being totally competent, he is a nice guy. Funny too!!! Would highly recommend him, the dealership and the car!
