We are very comfortable dealing with Mike K and Norm M This is our 5th Lease in dealing with Westborough Honda and working with Mike Kelly and Norm Methe. Primier Service Center Service is always prompt and explanation for service needs are clear and precise. Always looking ahead for problems and remediation. Customer waiting area is very well done, with individual work areas with power and internet connectivity.
Quick, easy and great service! The process was fast and Cam made buying a car much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and made my experience great. Finance spoke a bit too quickly and it made it a bit overwhelming but overall I would recommend to others look at Honda.
Great service Justin was very professional; he explained what was being repaired and what I being charged for accurately. He also checked in on me throughout the service visit to see if there was anything he could help with.
Oil change The staff were very pleasant when greeting me. Patrick was very helpful as this was my first time there. Had an added surprise when my car was washed!

Great Service . The place to go for Reliable Service I dropped in without appointment and it was no problem. Jody explained everything to me and was super polite. My car was washed before they brought it back and everything listed an in the computer so now I know what needs to be done and when. Jody had answers to my questions that made sense. I feel like my car and myself were treated with care. I even had a Klondike Bar! LindaM
