Minor complaint My tires were rotated as part of my service on Friday . Twenty minutes into driving, my tire pressure icon came on . from my understanding from google , tires need to be calibrated when that happens. For me it was an easy fix to do it after I checked the psi in all 4 tires. Everything else was good .
Excellent experience I had my regular maintenance work done in addition to the installation of the rear hatch sensor. Both were completed within the expected time frames that had been laid out to me and the cost was less than my estimate. I am very satisfied.
Service Oil Change and State Inspection were performed. Peter clearly states potential problems with the vehicle and, after I declined extra work, printed everything for me.
New Honda CRV Went to Herb Chambers for the first time in search for a new CRV. One of the best buying experiences I have had. My salesman, Dave Sneade was very easy to work with. I explained from the start that I am not a big fan of the gamesmanship normally seen in car sales. He promised that he would not sell to me in that manner and was a man of his word. Had brief conversations with sales manager and general manager and both were also low key and professional. Made my decision very easy- I leased a new CRV!!

Experience at Herb Chambers Honda I was greeted at the door and I said my lease was up and I would like to lease another car. I then met David Yang who showed me various models. I tested two cars. All this time Mr Yang was very professional and I must say helpful .
