Get done what is really needed I have had my Accord for 9 years and I know what has been done and not done and what is needed. This is my Accord”s first visits to Herb Chambers and I can tell you they didn’t try to add any extra xx to get done just what was really needed unlike some other Honda dealerships in the MA area. Timely and straight forward- just what you need.
recall recently visited to pick up registration and have my new CRV inspected. I was informed that a recall had just been issued and that they would appreciate the opportunity to get that taken care of while I was there if I had the time. If not, I was assured that they would have me out the door in short order, with an inspection and an appt that was convenient. I decided to spend the promised 1.75 hrs and was delighted to have it ready and waiting 20 minutes early.
Excellent service All staff very professional and on time. I will certainly go back for service. I recommend this center for service. They are also open on Sunday.
Service Advisor Justin had a quick response of my car maintenance questions. He also referred me to the parts department for a quote of trunk lock and provided me a quote of labor charge in a timely manner.
