First is the professionalism of the team toward the customer and each other - Second is the cleanliness of the facility. I was pleased with the updates while I waited and being escorted and introduced to the person accepting my payment. The wash and front vacuum was appreciated. My favorite was having the door opened for me when leaving- nice touch!

My car repair was extensive and costly and I had to do it to pass the inspection and to have my car for which I had already paid the registration and car insurance and also had submitted the paper work for the EZ Pass discount program. It took about two weeks to get repaired because I hesitated on getting it repaired because of the costs.
