Eric is a pleasure to work with, he gladly answered all of my questions, never put any pressure on me when I needed a few days to think about my purchase and always seemed to be on the same page as me. He knows the cars inside and out and had my best interests in mind. I will say, his pricing was slightly higher than some of the competition but his white glove service, quick turn around time and care makes it worth the extra few dollars.

Eric was the consummate professional. I accompanied my Mother to purchase her new car. Eric made the process effortless in conjunction with explaining everything to my 84 year old Mother so she clearly understood. I would purchase from this dealership and Eric anytime!

My boyfriend brought the car in. Said everyone was so nice and attentive. He loved the coffee and pastry. Out of the 4 places he took the car for a tire, Mercedes was the only place that was willing to replace only one and not 4. You know that car best. He said he wished he’d brought it there in the first place. Thank you.

I had bad experience with Mercedes of Natick. I was with Herb Chambers for approximately 20 years and bought three or four cars. I never had problems. Mercedes of Boston from the manager up to the Front Desk people are really wonderful.
