Had a flat battery, made 3calls from car for assistance. Phone line very poor person was using speaker phone. On second call I was connected to someone who said he was out of the office! 3rd call person sent wrong address to roadside assistance. 4 th call to MB Megrath Highway, gentleman said he would inform whoever was on charge of roadside assistance and would call me back.
