Jimmy and the dealership did an incredible job helping us out with a tricky tire change on a CLS AMG (blowout the day after Xmas). Even though we live in Connecticut they took us in on emergency basis and got a new tire on so that we could continue down to home. I envy the folks in Boston for whom this is a home dealership!

Service was excellent! They were able to fix the small issue with my c63s and provided with a amg loaner in the meantime. I will come back to do my next service !

Ritchie was the one who worked with me when I was getting my new car I had a lot of questions.
