Per usual, the service was great and quick. The dealership identified my maintainence needs and provided expected costs on a timely basis. In general, the dealership is easy to deal with.

The customer service that I received from Schneider at the dealership was excellent. He was very responsive when I called for service and was also able to get me a loner car. His professionalism and demeanor is extraordinary. He is part of the reason why I will continue to purchase my vehicle from Mercedes in Somerville. My Recent service at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville was outstanding as usual. Patrick T, the manager, greeted me and guided me through the service appt. I needed an inspection sticker and oil change. Patrick asked the tech to go thru the rest of the car. Patrick passed along the results of the inspection and made the appropriate recommendations.
