Management is amazing Jeff Davis really takes care of the customer. He put me first and made sure i was well taken care of. I had several issues with my car and Jeff was there by my side the entire time working with me and also working with Mercedes Corporate. Excellent Experience Max was by my side through both cars. My first 2017 E-class turned out to be a lemon and my 2nd one Max ensured i got the specs i needed in a car. Excellent Experience Rob Tinkham was an excellent representative of Mercedes-Benz of Boston. He was knowledgeable, fair and professional through every step of the sales and purchase process. He encouraged questions and was always considerate, from the day I met him for a test drive to the delivery date and in follow ups since leaving the dealership with my new car. Easy, quality purchase w/ great after-sale customer service Found and purchased, registered and inspected without any hassle. Armando even came to pick up the car and bring it back when a time opened up for inspection. The only detractor from the experience is that the vehicle was not ready to drive away day one (they had just received it and needed to complete quality inspection and detailing).

Great experience Keith was great. I went to Burlington location originally but I didn’t have a great experience there at all. When I went to the Somerville location Keith took care of me. He got me a GREAT deal on Mercedez GLS 450. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go see Keith.
