exceptional customer service My husband and I originally started with another local Mercedes dealership and were not happy with the service. Second time around I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership. I actually enjoy going there. They have customer service down and I love my new car. I actually did not love my 1st MB but they treated me so well that I had to look again. I LOVE my new MB.

Georgina is an exceptional salesperson When it came time to re-lease another Mercedes at a different dealership, I was greatly disappointed with the service. My husband and I wasted about 4 hours on a beautiful Saturday afternoon trying to negotiate a deal. Outstanding communication, very knowledgeable with product I have purchased several new Mercedes Benz vehicles in the past but never from a Herb Chambers dealership. When I located the most recent Mercedes Benz that I was interested in buying, I called Mercedes Benz of Boston and they scheduled me an appointment to come in to test drive the vehicle. Great Relationship 4 years ago I bought a car from Georgina and today I got an email from her checking in to see how everything is going with my car. It is so nice to know that after all this time she still cares about how I am and if I need anything with my car. This type of experience and long lasting relationship I have never had with anyone I bought a car from and it is really great to know she is always there if I need her.
