Great Experience! Yue Zhao is Amazing! From the minute we met with Yue Zhao he was helpful, courteous and actually listed to us and what we were looking for with no pressure on us whatsoever. Cautious for Fraud!!!! When I bought the brand new Mercedes, they told me they didn't have the spare key in stock, and they were going to mail the second key to me. I trusted them. However, I never received the spare key. They told me they have already mailed it out but when I asked for a tracking number they never provided it to me. After 9 months of purchasing the vehicle, I still didn't receive the second key, which is required by law when you purchased a car. Their costumer service and professionalism is a fluke I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. Great experience! I just purchased a new vehicle from Yue and he was a JOY to work with! Super polite and did not put any pressure on us while we were test driving. Then surprised us with such a fun presentation of our new car! Also, Fred gave us a complete education on how to use our new vehicle. Very knowledgeable and he was so courteous in taking the time needed to show us all the features. Dominic was also a help! Overall, it was definitely a great experience dealing with team involved. And I love my new car!
