Amazing experience is always my salesperson Jasper Abreu him Working with the entire staff at Chambers has always been a pleasure I've been buying cars there for over 25 years I specially enjoyed working with Jasper Abreu he's a knowledgeable smart young person who is very trustworthy and and pays attention to every detail.

Anightmare that continues over and over again: I brought my vehicle in to Mercedes Benz of Boston on9/20/17, car would not start, dash board lit up like a Christmas tree, car would locked in park mode. I was assigned a consultant by the name of Matt, who kept me informed on all the issue and repairs on a timely basis, car was picked up the next day, problem was a defected ESPcontrol unit cost me $1435. Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston Can Move Quickly This dealership has its act together. I went to see them and within two hours they had located an offsite car with all of the features and colors that I desired and had it ready for delivery by the afternoon of the next day. First MB I had the pleasure of working with Skylar Caligaris on my first MB vehicle purchase. She was very professional and knowledgeable and made the entire car buying process enjoyable and swift. When it came to negotiations Skyler and her manager were helpful and fair. Furthermore, I been a Herb Chambers customer for the last 16 years and would also recommend buying/servicing from Herb Chambers, their staff and service are second to none.
