Excellent I would highly recommend Georgina and the Herb Chambers Group! Everything was great, they scrambled to get the car ready fro me on the spot of the day I bought it. I had to bring the car back for service within a week. And they were EXCELLENT! again I highly recommend this dealer and Georgina! She is also easy on the eyes :)

Rob Tinkham is a complete professional Rob Tinkham takes care of all the issues that a customer forgets when purchasing a car . His professionalism is appreciated. Your survey however is not as user friendly, make the customer use 25 worlds to complete the survey it not productive

Great service My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Boston was by far one of the best I ever had. Jasper Aberu went above and beyond to deliver the level of sercvice that is expected from a Mercedes dealership. He was friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend any one in the market for a Mercedes to visit this location!

Amazing service I just recently Purchased my car from Mercedes-Benz of Boston and my sales person was Robert tinkham let me tell you he is amazing! Buying a car from him was a great experience. I called him about a car and what I would like he immediately set up a meeting with me and we went over all my needs ! He was able to explain everything to me as we put together the purchase! Amazing service The dealership was great. It was very nice and the people were very family. i work with Joel and he was amazing, he was very helpful with everything. He made sure I got the perfect car, he was always available if I have questions or anything. He was always on top of everything to make sure that the paperwork and everything was finish as soon as possible so i can take the car. Mercedes-Benz for sure need more guys like Joel Javier in their sales team.

Amazing! I got my new car from Max at Mercedes Boston. I cannot be happier. He knows when to put on the pressure and when to back off. I enjoyed the whole experience. Max is very knowledgeable and efficient. I would not buy from another person. I told him I got a car from him, not from the store. When my lease is up, I will for sure see him again. Jon also did a wonderful job explaining all the new features. I feel I am an expert now

Switching from Mercedes to Porsche I gave Rob Tinkham a call because I wanted to trade-in my 2015 S 550 and try the Porsche brand. New car First and foremost Rob Tinkham was wonderful to work with, the purchase was seamless and informative with absolutely zero pressure. The car was delivered on time to my home and was perfect in every way..... I was even promised a “new car detail “ in the spring as the car was delivered on the winter streets!!
