Great all over experience. My first Mercerdes Benz. When we first walked in Stephen Leung greeted us. He sat with us and discussed our car needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations, Stephen came in on his day off to help me. He is very professional and committed. I highly recommend Stephen Leung.

Great Experience Georgina Stavropoulos provided great customer service to my wife and me when we recently purchased a new vehicle. She answered all of our questions and was very pateint with us. It took us several days to decide if and which vehicle we might buy. Georgina gave us her cell phone number and was there for us as we called with several questions. she is very knowledgable, responsive and attentive to our needs. thank you for making this experience memorable and easy.

Compettitive price, pleasant and profiessional We purchased a 2015 Toyota Sequoia with 13K miles from Lovette. We found the vehicle online and it had all the features we were looking for. There wern't a lot in the area to choose from, so we drove down from NH to Somerville MA. The vehicle matched the description and it was immaculate. We had a 2006 Sequoia as a trade. Outstanding Service - My First Mercedes-Benz It was time for an upgrade as my 2005 Acura MDX was starting to act up after 11 years. My husband and I visited a few dealerships as we were window shopping and trying to get a sense of what we really wanted. Highly Recommend Mercedes Boston & GEORGINA! This was my third purchase from Mercedes Boston but I cant stress enough how smooth this purchase was compared to the others.
