Best buying experience at a Car Dealership Lovette Monteiro is a sales guy who works with a customer to get you exactly what you are looking for and not just looking to sell and reduce inventory. Great guy to work with who makes sure that the customer walks out buying the car/suv he came looking for and follows up with the customer even post sales. That's truly awsome.

Great dealership and customer centric Good knowledge of the product and great customer service. Owned a C300 and serviced through the dealership for 3 years, met Georgina to test drive the GLA. Though did not purchase, good experience overall.

2015 SLK 250 This was our first experience with Mercedes and we must say that we were thoroughly impressed with Mercedes Benz of Boston, but most of all with the awesome salesman Thanh Nguyen he made our buying experience phenomenal it was one of the easiest buying experiences that we ever had!! Efficient and enjoyable sales experience Georgina has been a consummate professional as we have narrowed our search through the various luxury SUVs settling on a 2017 GLS. She has been an excellent source of information applying her vast knowledge base as we compared vehicles and options. She kept us on track during the process, but was never intrusive or pushy.
