Excellent purchase experience at Mercedes Boston. I purchased a GLE43 from MB Boston in December. This is the first purchase of a vehicle in which I wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted. Thanh (and Alex who also assisted) took the time to explain the car and all of its options. He tracked down the car with all of the options I wanted and ensured that I was completely satisfied. Yet another hassle-free experience at MB of Boston It was at that point of my lease again where I was provided the opportunity to terminate my current lease of a 2014 model and lease a new 2017 model. I worked with Paolo Castro, who got everything done from soup to nuts within about an hour on a Friday afternoon, and I drove the new car off the lot on Monday afternoon. First Mercedes, Excellent experience with Keith Robinson. My wife recommended Keith because of her experience with him purchasing a E-Class 350. I wanted an SUV and Keith showed me my options. I settled on a 2017 GLE350 and I couldn't be happier. Keith was knowledgeable of all Mercedes products and was a great help with me narrowing down my decision. Great experience leasing a car! First time leasing a car and they made it very easy. They gave me a lot of options and also help me narrow down my choices.
