I was in the market for a specific, pre-owned vehicle and I was in the market for a specific, pre-owned vehicle and had been looking for a few weeks when I met Gina Julian. I explained what I wanted and why. She worked tirelessly trying to locate what I was looking for and kept me informed along the way. Although I ended up purchasing my vehicle elsewhere, I would highly recommend Gina if you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz, or any car. It was a pleasure working with Gina, she is very personable and genuine qualities that are difficult to find in the typical sales person. Even when we hit a glitch and I am a very demanding consumer and can be overbearing, she just smiled and worked hard to resolve the issue!!

I had a great expereince with my sales rep Kyle Dailey. I had found the car on Cars.com and then pursued it at Herb Chambers. I can't say enough about Kyle, he was so professional and knowledgeable.... he sure knows cars! He made me 100% comfortable after a bad car experience in western MA where I bought a Mercedes... wasn't the right car for us. Gina Julian is certainly the star of this dealership. She is accommodating, understanding, and most importantly, is a woman of her word. Gina went out of her way to ensure we received exactly what we were looking for, and remained in contact with us long after the purchase of our black S550. I leased a 2013 C300 5 months ago and I wanted to share with you how well I was treated by Maged. His knowledge and presentation of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason I leased a Mercedes, not the Audi A4 which I was also considering. I am already passing his name around to friends and family. Chadi, the sales manager, was very friendly and very honest as well. Keep these two for as long as you can.
