Herb Chambers Motorcars, and Chip McCarty in particular, could not have been more professionals and willing meet my every need. When I picked up the car, it was immaculate and every aspect of the car was explained. Chip knows his product inside and out! I would not hesitate sending anybody to Herb Chambers and Chip because I know they will receive top notch service.

Tom went way out of his way to service my wife and I - I've been trying for years to purchase a Mercedes from Herb and finally have!!!!!! I'm awaiting some accessories and a roof screen and Tom keeps me updated from day to day.... I've also been approved to visit Herb's Lexus facility here in Sharon on occassion...........
The Herb Chambers of Sommerville service department, and Dawn, our service representative, provided not only quality workmanship in a timely manner and spectacular customer service, which you would expect from a Mercedes service center, she went above and beyond in being completely thorough and honest with us on the work that needs to be done versus what work is "recommended". I would recommend this dealership based on the Service Department, specifically, Kim Trott a Service Advisor. She is thorough, calls you back when she says she is going to and goes the extra mile for the customer. I only ask for her when I get my vehicle serviced. I also have had the opportunity to have Chad (unfortunately I don't know his last name) work on my car - and I usually request that he work on my car - I met him when he came out to do a roadside service because my car was disabled and he was so knowledgeable about... read more
Ennio was fantastic. He went out of his way to show me the damage the pothole did to my tire and proceeded to make sure the back tire that also hit the pothole wasn't compromised and ordered me the tire I needed and had it delivered the same day! Fantastic service!
Best service experience I ever had. I was greeted promptly by a smiling employee who quickly took down my vitals then led me to the loaner car area (which was free because I was under warranty - a nice surprise!) and I was given a newer year version of my own car - the only caveat to be sure to return it with the same amount of gasoline it had in it when I first borrowed it. This is the third time I have returned to buy a Mercedes at Herb Chambers in Somerville. Clearly, there are many choices out there, however this dealership's team of friendly, enthusiastic and informed staff have made that decision easy. I just recently purchased the CL550 - a dream car. The experience was made all the better because of the combined efforts of this team - special mention goes to Dennis Saint Aubain, an individual who cares very much about the happiness and satisfaction of his customers: me for one!
