I was originally looking for a Mercedes C63 but wasn't thrilled with the interior space. Dennis didn't pressure me at all, he was very helpful and understood my concerns. About two weeks later he sent me a message saying he had a 2007 CLS63 come in that was certified and in the price range I was looking for. Historically I have hated shopping for cars, its a stress that I don't need. My experience with Dennis was excellent. I wont buy a car anywhere else
I will only buy my car at Chambers Somerville. Their salesman Dennis Saint Aubin has earned my trust and respect. I have purchased 7 Mercedes and have always received a great product with a service team dedicated to quality and my ultimate satisfaction...no matter what it takes. I purchased a 2008 R350 last year and had a great experience. Very good deal, easy delivery, professional service etc. That's why we came back to lease my wife's 2010 GL 450. The salesman came to our house on three (!) occasions, once for a test drive, once for P&S signatures, and finally to deliver the vehicle on his day off, no less. We live about 30 miles away! I came in with the intention of just browsing as I had almost decided to buy a car from a competitor. We met Will in the showroom who had a smile and described the features E class Mercedes Benz in detail. I was planning to buy a BMW earlier this month, and went to Herb Chambers Motorcars for Mercedes sort of by accident. But, it was a totally different experience starting from the test drive to the people who received me! Steve Schepici was the wonderful sales person that made me change my mind! I have bought many cars over the years (new and used) this is my first Mercedes, I am not rich nor poor I'm just an average working person. The first time I walked into the dealer Herb Chambers treated me like I was special to this day, the employees at this dealer were also very helpful especially the salesman who sold me the car he had answered all of my difficult financial questions. My conclusion... of all the car dealers I went through Herb chambers motor cars is the best I have experienced.
