My experience was TERRIBLE! !!! I would NEVER buy a car from HERB CHAMBERS of BOSTON, If you try to buy a used car from them you have to pay for it in full, they will NOT hold a car, even if you put down 50%, NO check!! only wires, very limited on debit and credit cards 3k only. Great experience. I really like working with Rob Tinkham. He is very dedicated and responsive. I have purchased two cars from him and he also helped me with a European delivery program experience that I had won at a charity auction. The showroon is clean and neat and the customer waiting area has internet access and places to work while you wait. The service staff are very professional and the work is fully explained. Every time my car was in for service it came back washed and looking great.
My wife and I have bought two MBs from Chambers Motorcars in the past year, and each time it was a pleasure to do business there. Chambers Motorcars of Boston helped me to save a bunch of money on my Mercedes Benz C320 when I had it serviced there. I brought it in a little before the warranty would expire, and they carefully checked everything over and found some things that needed attention. When you bring it in for something simple and it ends up saving you over the long haul, there's no complaints to be made. I found literally tens of dealers around Boston Area to get my Audi A6 2.7T, this place is the place to go!! Al Henriques is a very friendly, honest, negotiable, reasonable, helpful, knowledgeable dealer, who knew his cars inside and out, and he even picked me up at my place to go to the Herb Chambers-Benz place not just once but 3 times!!! (1 for test drive, 2 for paper work, and 3 for picking up the car) He called the original AUDI dealershop to make sure the car had no problem and showed me evidence. As for the price of ... read more

Great service at Herb Chambers but holy moly! ! It was very expensive $$$$. Went in for a check up on my car and $5,000 later got my car back. Seems like a rip off honestly
