Over the last few years I have purchased 6 or 7 vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Boston, including two automobiles last month. I have worked with MB Sales Associate Rob Tinkham. Rob has worked very hard to earn my business. He is a knowledgeable professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Boston and in particular Rob Tinkham. Great job Rob!!!

Jen makes leasing a new car such a pleasurable experience! Her attention to detail is exceptional. She did all the work! The entire staff, leasing agent and the girl who reviewed other features with me were very professional. This dealership aims to please and that is why I continue to be loyal to Herb Chambers in Somerville.

Our sales consultant, George Stavropoulos, was knowledgable and enthusiastic. The business manager, Kris Ricupero, was also very helpful. Our experience with Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz of Boston was pleasant, and easy and, most importantly, we bought the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

I was initialy concerned about afordability. I also thought I would have to deal with a pretentious bunch of sales people. I coundn't have been more wrong. Jeff Davis was highly recomended to me and Im grateful I had a chance to meet and work with him. He and his staff were great I truly felt comfortable. My first time to buy a car, also the first time in America. As an international student in Boston, I am really confused on how to buy a car, and where to choose a good one. Georgina in Mercedes of Boston helped me a lot in providing me the best suggestion, instruction and service on every car I was interested in. Great and historical moment for me in the states with the most professional sales person here in Mercedes Boston.

Just picked up my brand new 2013 GLK350, thanks to Chip, Chadi, and Chris, the incredible team work and over the top customer service. Also really appreciate George who gave me an amazing price for my trade in which no other dealers in the greater Boston area offered me. In 1999, I bought my first car from Chambers Honda in Burlington. I was able to purchase the car exactly as advertised - no hidden costs. In 2003, I bought a brand new Mercedes from Chambers in Lynnfield. The sales person was excellent. Earlier this month, I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes at Chambers in Somerville. Mark, the sales person, is professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

I went in looking at the new C class. While Sean was very friendly, informative and helpful his sales manager Chris was the one who left me with a bad feeling for the dealership. Sean had been going over numbers with me and then when he came back from one of the visits to the office another gentleman was with him. While this man came back with very thorough printouts of price breakdowns and options he never introduced himself to me (I found his name and title on the printouts when I got home).
