This month (1/2011)I leased my third Mercedes at Chambers Motorcars of Boston. Prior to my initial Mercedes purchase in 2003, I visited Chambers Motorcars of Boston and two other dealerships North and South of Boston. I have now purchased two vehicles from Rob Tinkham, and dealing with him is an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and enthusiastic about the product. I have bought many cars over the years, but the experiences were nothing like those I've had with Rob: He knows all the answers to the questions and I really feel he has my best interests at heart. It has been a pleasure.

We drove over 50 miles to get to this dealership and it We drove over 50 miles to get to this dealership and it was worth every mile. We were very satisfied with the experience. Our salesman Steve Schepici was great. He was very informative. He made us feel very comfortable. I would definately recomend this dealership.

I have worked with Jennifer Somerville during my last three Mercedes leases, and all I can say is that you should clone her! Her professionalism, personalness, and knowledge is superb. Also, when bringing the cars in for service, I have been treated with respect and great service. I used to go to another Mercedes dealership in the area, but since working with the folks at Chambers Motorcars of Boston, I won't go anywhere else!

I was very pleased with my experience at Chambers Motorcars of Boston. As a first time car buyer, I was quite nervous and overwhelmed with the process and the headaches which come with "shopping" for a quality car at a fair price. I have found that Michael Blythe's customer service goes above and beyond that of your typical employee. His vast knowledge of the Mercedes automobile is so vast that his answers are always informative, accurate and helpful to me as a client. I have followed Michael from your Lynnfield dealership to your Somerville location even though it adds an additional 20 minutes each way to my drive. Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville has a great team in place which makes you feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. Raj my Sales Associate made my purchase seem easy and timeless. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that is looking for a Mercedes.

The courtesy extended, by the Service Advisor and his team and also by the staff at the waiting area, is exceptional. The quality of service and the information provided, in the form of a booklet, after the service is done, for future reference, is outstanding. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall, the experience with the dealer is very good.

I'v had Mike Blythe who is the Servive Director work on BOTH my Mercedes for years and won't let ANYONE touch them besides him. His know of the service for ALL Mercedes vehicles is second to know one.I've had BMW's, Jaguars, ect. but having Mercedes is like now other cars.But, when you own one you need great service too.
