I’d highly recommend Mercedes Boston. The service department is top notch, from actually returning phone calls, text messages and follow up. I dealt with them when I had a problem when out of state and they took care of everything. Sneider Limose was who I dealt with each time.

Appointment was on time. I was greeted, car was taken right away. I saw the customer service representative right away. Schneider was prompt knowledgeable about my vehicle needs. Tech crew was efficient and work was complete and well done.
