I ve been serviced my cars over 20 years at Mercedes Benz in Somerville Nothing to complain about. I have my adviser Jimmy very professional , takes time to explain every detail about my vehicle services. Very polite guy. He’s one of the best at Mercedes Benz.

Mercedes Benz of Boston always treats me with respect. I have an older car ( 2011 E class ) that still drives great , I work down the street so I come in grubby clothes , n I’m not a high roller but that does not matter . I’m treated like I’m a millionaire driving a G wagon . Patrick Titshaw n Michael Robinson always treat me great and take great care of my car . My car runs so well that I’m not looking to buy a new one and that is fine with them . They help me save money and when I am ready to buy again I’ll stay with them ... read more

I recently had an excellent experience with both Jimmy and Patrick Titshaw the manager. I had previously written a pretty negative review and for the record have complete turned around. They couldn’t have been more helpful and service oriented. They turned around my problem with alacrity and professionalism. I would give these guys 6 stars.
