Michael Robinson always does a great job of taking care of my vehicle and myself. He keeps me well informed of the progress of my vehicle's repairs. I take all of my Mercedes for repairs and service at the Somerville location. Always a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Boston. I have been enjoying their service since 2009. From the sales persons to the service department, including the valet service, and the rental/loaner department. Patrick, my service representative has always been extremely helpful. Even when out of the office, he manages to keep tabs on his clients, whenever we visit his department. Overall a 5 star experience!!
