I would like to recognize Patrick T, the service manager, at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville. Patrick was outstanding from the time I scheduled my appointment through him to the pick up. He kept me posted while my vehicle was being serviced and what I needed to repair now and what I should plan to service in the future. He literally advised me, this wasn’t a sales pitch or some upselling gimmick. He was sincere, honest and professional. I wouldn’t think of bringing my car anywhere else Thanks again Patrick

The service was super fast and also the quality of the service. And I also want to say that the people who helped me were very professional and honest, the Van still had a warranty and I didn't know, but they warned me and did what the warranty covered.
