Despite the bad representation that I have heard throughout the years about Mercedes this has been what I have been looking forward to. Schneider in service and the wonderful workers that accompany his team have educated and filled me in on things that may easily get overlooked. It would be nice to lie and say I have enough money to keep up with the car but I am not where I need to be. The service department is always attentive and responsive which makes for a great experience. They are honest about the status of your vehicle and will not sell you on a service if its not needed which i really appreciate. Shneider is the best in the servicing department and because of his service i will not bring my cars to another benz dealership to be serviced.
