My car had a tire issue and I happened to be a couple of miles from MB of Boston where I have got 3 of my cars before. That was Saturday afternoon and the service was closing at 5pm. Patrick assured me they would take care of it and they did! Thank you Patrick! Best, Igor

We had a flat tire in our driveway. I called Mercedes on call, and the entire service from that call, to keeping me informed of the tech’s arrival time to the changing of the tire was stellar. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
