I pulled into my driveway to find a literal spring sticking out of my tire. I showed up 8am the next morning for service. I only work 2 days/week, this being a work day. I work as a physical therapist in home care in downtown Boston. A car is essential. When I met with Jimmy her was very empathetic and professional, but also not sure if a last minute request for a loaner car was doable. My Service Advisor is the best. Great relationship with a person that cares. Tries to minimize cost where he can and has a good knowledge of the historical breakpoints on my GLE350, that allows him to say, do this or do that. Mercedes is expensive to service anyway, but Jimmy always knows how to economize the best.
