The dealership itself was great. It was clean, well organized and had a solid selection of vehicles. The rest of the staff were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They made the process smooth and stress free and I appreciated their transparency when it came to pricing and options. I would definitely recommend the dealership overall, just be mindful of which salesperson you choose to work with.

This is the fifth Mercedes I have gotten through this dealership. Overall, the service is top-notch, but I have to say my experience with Valeria has been the best ever. She’s friendly, funny and very thorough. She made a generally good experience even better.

I took my S550 to be serviced on Jul 26 and due to me living nearly 2 hrs away the vehicle was left at the service department for Service B which is extensive and costly. Upon getting to the service department to pick up my vehicle on July 30th after a walk around the car I got into the vehicle to discover my windshield wiper fluid had not been replaced( nothing came out when the button was pushed that releases it).
